PACT Charter School is proud to announce that Dr. Teresa Widen, Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, has co-authored an article published in the International Journal of Educational Leadership Preparation.
The article, "Correlating Leadership Praxis and Professional Longevity: The Relationship Between Servant Leadership and Teacher Retention," was co-written with Dr. Tracy Reimer of Bethel University. The research explores how servant leadership practices relate to teacher retention, a topic that speaks directly to PACT's ongoing commitment to supporting and retaining great educators.
At PACT, Dr. Widen focuses on enhancing instructional quality and professional development for teachers, making this research a natural extension of her leadership.
