History

PACT began in 1994 as a small K-7 school with just 84 students. As our community grew, so did we—building a new facility in 2003 to support increased enrollment. In 2023, we expanded once again, opening a dedicated Secondary Campus for grades 6-12 just two miles north of our Elementary Campus.

Free Admittance

Employees enjoy free admission to all campus activities, including athletic events and theater performances. It’s a fun and meaningful way to support students beyond the classroom while staying connected to the school community. Whether cheering in the stands or applauding in the audience, the staff remains an integral part of the experience.

Enrollment Preference

Employees receive enrollment preference in our lottery process. If space isn’t immediately available, their child moves near the top of the waitlist. It’s one of the ways we support our staff and make it easier for families to learn, work, and grow together in our school community.

Contact Days

With only 154 student contract days, PACT offers significantly fewer workdays compared to many neighboring districts. This reduced schedule fosters a strong work-life balance, allowing staff to have more time for rest, family, and personal pursuits. It’s one of the many ways we prioritize employee well-being and foster a positive, supportive work environment.

School Spirit

Black, red, and white—we fight, fight, fight! As the proud home of the Panthers, we show our school spirit every Friday. Whether it’s wearing our colors or cheering together, Panther Pride brings us together and keeps our traditions strong. There’s no better way to end the week than with PACT spirit!

Non-School Fridays

PACT follows a 4-day school week, a tradition rooted in our history. Most Fridays are non-school days—more like Fri-yay! Teachers use these days for grading, collaboration, and professional development. It’s a thoughtful balance that supports student success and gives staff valuable time for planning, learning, and teamwork.

Coming Full Circle

Becoming a teacher at PACT has been a longtime dream. I grew up here, and it’s where I first felt the spark to teach. Now, I get to work alongside some of the very people who inspired me, in the same building where I felt that magic. The best part? I get to inspire the next generation of leaders. ~ Kasey Olson '16, Grade 3 Teacher

Welcoming Families with Heart

As a former PACT parent for over 20 years, joining the team has been immensely rewarding. I enjoy getting to know our families and helping them feel welcomed right from the start.
