Ensuring a Safe and Inclusive Learning Environment

PACT Charter School is committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, PACT does not discriminate based on sex in any of its educational programs or activities.

Pregnant and/or married students are entitled to full access to all programs and activities unless they voluntarily choose to participate in an alternative program. A medical certification of pregnancy may be requested for appropriate accommodations.

Students who believe they have experienced sex-based discrimination or harassment, and parents or guardians who believe their child has, may file a formal grievance. To obtain a full copy of the Title IX Policy or Grievance Procedures, or to file a complaint, please get in touch with the Title IX Compliance Officer at the address listed below.

If any school policies conflict with applicable Minnesota law, the provisions of state law will prevail.
