The health and wellness of our students are a top priority! Together with parents and guardians, PACT promotes healthy living by offering healthy food plans, encouraging healthy snacks, and incorporating physical activity into the school day.
Attention: Vended School Meals Companies
PACT Charter School is soliciting bids in response to an “Invitations for Bid” (IFB) for vended school meals. The Vendor would provide meal services in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as State of Minnesota Department of Education policies and guidelines. Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids to:

The PACT Charter School Board reserves the right to reject any bid for a sound, documented reason or to reject all bids if there is an insufficient number of bids. A pre-bid meeting will not be scheduled. A copy of the IFB will be available by email at meals@pactcharter.org until April 20, 2026. Potential bidders are asked to email their questions to Liz Holmes, FSD, at meals@pactcharter.org by April 20, 2026.
All bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on April 24, 2026. All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope, addressed to the attention of Tracy Peters, COO, and clearly marked "Vended School Meals Bid."

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online, or from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
